At Laurel Bank booking terms and conditions are as follows:

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of credit/debit card details with your full postal address and contact telephone number;

If booking is cancelled seven or more days before arrival there is no charge;

If booking is cancelled within seven days of arrival date or you fail to turn up, the full stay will be charged;

Payment by credit/debit card will incur a 3% charge on total bill;

On the very rare occasion of damage being caused to the property and/or furnishings, by guest or by any member of their party, repairs and/or replacement costs will be charged in full to the named person responsible for booking.  A charge will be applied to the value of repairs or replacements required for damages to fittings and furnishing which are found in bedroom subsequent to a guest’s departure.  We reserve the right to make this charge after departure.
